Ghana National Director
Michael Sarpong graduated from The University of Ghana with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology. He has experience in social work, education administration, as he is the Headmaster of a private nonprofit school named Global Academy, and management as the Director of Two Fish Five Loaves LTD, a local fish farm. Michael also serves on the board of the Move Project and as country representative for Kingdom Cares International. He first met Jake Sullivan during the launch program of the Isaiah 1:17 foundation, a sister N.G.O in Ghana. Michael’s role during the launch paved a way for him to join Kingdom Cares International in 2010 as Director of Operations in Ghana. His responsibilities within our organization include managing logistics for our work in Ghana, coordinating mission trips, ensuring our programs can demonstrate a measurable achievement, and establishing relationships with schools in Ghana. Michael works closely with the appropriate personnel in the Ghanian education system to insure that all educational programs operate under best practices and accreditation is maintained. Michael serves the children of Global Academy, and people of Ghana, with a commitment to honesty and integrity. These guiding principles are the backbone of the servant leadership he brings to the students and staff of KCI. Michael is married and lives with his family in Accra, Ghana.
