Asikuma

Asikuma is a rural Africa village located about 3 hours Northeast of the capital city in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Asikuma consists of roughly 3,000 people with about fifty percent of the community being youth under the age of 18. The majority of the Asikuma population lives on less than $2 per/day and most youth will never receive an education above the 8th grade. Acts 2 Collective has been working in Ghana since 2010. Cape Coast

Cape Coast, Ghana is located 3 hours west of the capital city in the Central Region of Ghana. Cape Coast is a beautiful city sitting along the Atlantic Ocean with a dense population of roughly 170,000 people. Cape Coast suffers from years of oppression due to the British slave trade that caused much of the community to turn to idol worship and other oppressive practices. Over the years drugs have infiltrated the community along with other illicit activities that keep much of the population in significant poverty. Cape Coast is a mix of diversity and beauty with a people hungry for opportunity through the Gospel. Acts 2 Collective has been working in Cape Coast, Ghana since 2012.
